CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
For our Tuscany lunches and appetizers, we offer the possibility of free cancellation up to 48 hours before the event. Tastings, on the other hand, can be cancelled without costs up to the day of the event. However, we invite you to promptly inform us of your inability to participate, so that we can better manage our programming. In case of cancellation, we kindly ask you to contact us by email, telephone, or to cancel the order directly in the “My orders” section of your account. In all three cases, the refund will be made only if the cancellation occurs within the established terms.
