our oil

Our extra virgin olive Oil is produced in the Carmignano area, from the Moraiolo and Frantoio varieties. The olives are pressed within 24 hours of being harvested, which is done entirely by hand, in a modern mill, which subjects the pulp to a soft extraction, obtaining a higher quality of the final product. This allows us to obtain a bright green oil, with excellent softness, aromas and a touch of spices. Best consumed within 18 months of the production date
