    • Minors under 18, drivers and in exceptional cases may attend without drinking.

RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Reservations for lunch, first courses, and Tuscan appetizers can be made up to 4 hours before the scheduled time; after this limit, it will no longer be possible to book through our website.

For lunches, first courses, and Tuscan appetizers, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the event.
Wine tastings, on the other hand, can be cancelled free of charge on the same day.

We kindly ask you to inform us promptly in case you are unable to attend, so we can better organize our schedule.

In case of cancellation, please: contact us by email, call us, or cancel your order directly in the “My Orders” section of your account.

Refunds will only be issued if the cancellation is made within the stated deadlines.
