Delivery times Here are the indicative times for the various destinations: – Italy: delivery in 2-3 working days – Canada and Asia: delivery in approximately 7 working days – Europe and USA: delivery in approximately 15 working days Please note that, in some periods of the year, there may be delays due to adverse weather conditions or holidays that affect shipping times. Shipping costs Shipping costs are free for all orders in Italy that exceed 6 bottles, so you can take advantage of our selection without worrying about additional costs. For the provinces of Prato, Pistoia and Florence, we always offer free shipping, regardless of the order quantity. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated based on multiples of 6 bottles. If the number of bottles ordered does not reach the new multiple of 6, the shipping cost will remain unchanged, even if the actual quantity is less than the new multiple. An exception is made for the first 3 bottles, for which the shipping rate will be reduced compared to the standard rate. Magnum bottles are considered as two regular bottles for shipping purposes and cannot be combined with 0.75L bottles. Customs fees Customs clearance fees in the United States are at our expense.
