2024 Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from the renowned area of Carmignano, a territory rich in olive-growing tradition, and is obtained from the native Moraiolo and Frantoio varieties. This oil, with a clear and crystalline appearance, has an intense green color with golden reflections, typical of freshly pressed oil. Its aroma is enveloping and characteristic, with fresh vegetal hints that recall the heart of our land. On the palate, the oil stands out for its balanced and harmonious taste, which combines a pleasant breadth with a light spicy and bitter note, a sign of its freshness and the quality of the olives. It is the ideal ingredient to enhance the goodness of the simplest dishes, such as a good plate of pasta or to prepare traditional bread with oil, but it is also suitable for enriching any type of culinary preparation. To preserve its freshness and organoleptic characteristics, we recommend consuming it preferably within 18 months of the production date, when its flavor is at its best.
