- Minors under 18, drivers and exceptional cases may attend without drinking
- Our red wines are served at a temperature of 14-16°C (57-61°F), to bring out their aromas and balance at their best.
- Gluten-free and lactose-free menu available, please specify in the notes at checkout
RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Bookings for lunch, first course and Tuscan appetizer can be made up to 4 hours before the scheduled time; beyond this limit, it will not be possible to book through our website. After this deadline, please contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp to check availability.
On Sundays we are closed after 1:00 PM and offer tastings only, with no kitchen service.
For lunches, first courses and Tuscan appetizers, free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the event.
Tastings, on the other hand, can be cancelled at no cost up to the same day.
We kindly ask you to let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend, so we can better organize our schedule.
In case of cancellation, please: contact us by email, call us, message us on WhatsApp, or cancel the order directly in the “My Orders” section of your account.
Refunds will only be issued if the cancellation is made within the established terms.
